REDPATH DEILMANN ist international führend im Schachtbau und innovativer Dienstleister im Berg- und Tunnelbau. Als Teil der kanadischen Redpath-Gruppe gehören wir zur Weltspitze auf dem Gebiet des „mining contracting“. Wir sind als wachsendes Unternehmen in den Bergbauzentren aller fünf Kontinente vertreten. Für unsere Betriebsstelle im Raum Braunschweig sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Fertigungsleiter (m/w/d). Die Position soll zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit besetzt werden.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche, vertragliche und organisatorische Leitung von Fertigungsprojekten im Bereich Stahlbau oder Anlagenbau
  • Dabei koordinierst Du die Abläufe auf der Baustelle und sorgst für eine termingerechte und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung der Bauvorhaben
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Konstruktion und Einkauf planst Du den Personaleinsatz sowie die Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und arbeitest aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Außerdem führst Du regelmäßige Baustellenbesprechungen durch und dokumentierst den Fortschritt sowie etwaige Abweichungen
  • Bei technischen Herausforderungen entwickelst Du pragmatische Lösungen und unterstützt Dein Team bei der Umsetzung
  • Zusätzlich bist Du Ansprechpartner für externe Dienstleister und koordinierst deren Einsatz auf der Baustelle
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Stahlbau, Anlagenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Fertigungsleitung – idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld – bringst Du bereits mit
  • Deine Kenntnisse in der Projektkoordination und im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten sind fundiert
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick
  • Mit Deinem Führungsstil motivierst Du Dein Team und förderst eine lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit
  • Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich – sowohl intern als auch mit externen Partnern
  • Du erhältst eine umfangreiche Einarbeitung in Deine Aufgaben und Themengebiete
