You will learn the craft skills specific to each apprenticeship in practical activities with us in the company's internal training workshop or at the operating sites. This also includes various training courses such as driving industrial trucks or operating crane systems. You will also receive comprehensive preparation for exams and have the opportunity to put what you have learned to the test in training projects.
The training takes place at three training locations. The theoretical units at the vocational school take place in Sonderhausen (Thuringia), Münster or Dortmund, depending on the training. Practical content is taught in Dortmund, Hamm or Sonderhausen (Thuringia), depending on the occupation. Other assignments take place in the company's own training workshop or on domestic construction sites.

With the invitation to the recruitment test, the first step is taken and there is the first personal exchange.
If we have not already gotten to know each other better during the recruitment test, an interview will take place afterwards if necessary.
If a match is found, you will receive a confirmation of an apprenticeship position. After that, the further processes for hiring will take place.
You can look forward to regular working hours, holiday/ Christmas pay and 30 vacation days according to the collective agreement.
We rely on fair training remuneration and allowances in accordance with the collective agreement.
You never stop learning. That's why we support training and continuing education measures after your apprenticeship to help you develop further.

We offer free work clothes and protective equipment for a professional, uniform and safe appearance.
You will not be charged for vocational school books, external training and other training materials.

In our administration in Dortmund you are the backup for our colleagues on the construction site. Here you take responsibility for our national and international projects.
On our construction sites in Germany and abroad, you will take on on-site responsibility for our work both above and below ground. We need tacklers and experts in their field.
