Für unsere Betriebsstelle im Raum Braunschweig sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Leiter Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d). Die Position soll zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit besetzt werden.
  • Als Leiter in der Qualitätssicherung führst du mehrere Teams und übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung in unseren Projekten
  • Als technische:r Ansprechpartner:in begleitest du unsere Betriebsstellenleiter von der Planungsphase bis zur finalen Dokumentation
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass alle notwendigen Überwachungsmaßnahmen eingeführt und konsequent umgesetzt werden – damit unser hoher Qualitätsanspruch jederzeit erfüllt wird
  • Die Prozesse rund um Planung, Ausführung und Dokumentation analysierst du mit dem Fokus auf Qualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Vertragskonforme Qualitätssicherungs- und Dokumentationsunterlagen werden von dir erstellt und gepflegt
  • Arbeitsanweisungen, die zur Umsetzung der geforderten Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen notwendig sind, formulierst du klar und praxisnah
  • Im laufenden Arbeitsprozess überprüfst du eigenverantwortlich die Einhaltung der Qualitätssicherungsvorgaben
  • Du begleitest mit deinem Team umfangreiche Fertigungsprozesse
  • Bei Abweichungen vom geforderten Bau-Soll stimmst du dich eng mit dem Betriebsstellenleiter und dem Projektleiter ab, um gemeinsam passende Korrekturmaßnahmen zu entwickeln
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren technischen Abschluss
  • Ergänzt wird dein Profil durch Weiterbildungen im Qualitätsmanagement, die deine Fachkompetenz unterstreichen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung macht dich zum Experten auf deinem Gebiet
  • Du kennst die relevanten Prozesse und bringst das nötige Know-how mit, um Qualität nachhaltig sicherzustellen
  • Der Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen fällt dir leicht – du nutzt sie routiniert für Dokumentation, Auswertung und Kommunikation
  • Du bist offen für gelegentliche Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland und bringst die nötige Mobilität mit, um Projekte auch vor Ort zu begleiten
