Als Teil der kanadischen Redpath-Gruppe gehören wir zur Weltspitze auf dem Gebiet des „mining contracting“. Wir sind als wachsendes Unternehmen in den Bergbauzentren aller fünf Kontinente vertreten. Für unsere Betriebsstelle im Raum Braunschweig sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d). Die Position soll zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet und in Vollzeit besetzt werden.
  • Du überwachst die Qualität von Bauteilen und Baugruppen im Stahlbau und stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen und Normen eingehalten werden
  • Dabei führst Du Prüfungen und Kontrollen entlang des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses durch – von der Wareneingangskontrolle bis zur Endabnahme
  • Du dokumentierst die Ergebnisse der Qualitätsprüfungen und leitest bei Abweichungen entsprechende Maßnahmen ein
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigung und Konstruktion analysierst Du Fehlerquellen und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen zur Qualitätsverbesserung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfplänen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Außerdem wirkst Du aktiv bei internen und externen Audits mit und bereitest die notwendigen Unterlagen vor
  • Dein Know-how bringst Du auch in Schulungen und Unterweisungen für Kolleginnen und Kollegen ein, um das Qualitätsbewusstsein im Unternehmen zu stärken
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Stahlbau oder Qualitätssicherung
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung – vorzugsweise im Stahlbau oder Anlagenbau
  • Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit relevanten Stahlbaunormen aus, insbesondere mit DIN EN 1090 und weiteren branchenspezifischen Regelwerken
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, analytisch und geprägt von einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und kannst Prüfmethoden sowie Messmittel sicher anwenden
  • Mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Deinem Durchsetzungsvermögen überzeugst Du sowohl im Team als auch gegenüber externen Partnern
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen und idealerweise mit einem CAQ-System rundet Dein Profil ab
