We are currently looking for further reinforcement for our operations center in Salzgitter / near Braunschweig (Lower Saxony) in the area of project management.

After a successful induction, you will manage sub-projects from tendering to execution of our long-standing joint venture within the Konrad project
You will be a competent contact person for supplementary contract management and will manage the interface with our subcontractors as well as in the relationship with our client.
The solution of complex contractual questions concerning the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) as well as the entire correspondence are worked out in our project team, if necessary the expertise of external consultants is additionally called upon.
You are actively involved in schedule control and updating of schedules and master the logistical and scheduling challenges of the project together with the site managers.
You will be trained in the use of the required software (RIB iTWO and MS-Project)

Motivation and commitment are our top priorities
With a successfully completed degree in civil or industrial engineering or a commercial apprenticeship, you qualify for the position of project manager.
Initial professional experience in supplement management is an advantage
Experience in construction and contract law, especially VOB, is desirable, but regular training is a matter of course for us
Experience with AVA programs, ideally the software RIB iTWO is advantageous
Experience with MS-Office, especially MS-Project is desirable, but can also be acquired at our company
Good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
You are mobile, i.e. in possession of a driver's license and are open for occasional business trips
